Ce Clos des Grives blanc est un Crozes d’une extrême rareté. Il est riche, doté d’une belle persistance aromatique. Chaque année, cette cuvée est sur le podium de l’appellation. Ce vin s’ouvre sur des arômes d’abricot sec et de poires juteuses, auxquels viennent s’ajouter des notes de tilleul, jasmin et noix. Attaque massive et équilibrée, doublée par une grande tension minérale. La finale offre une belle amertume.
Terroir : sols argilo-calcaire avec galets roulés. Les vignes sont âgées de 50 ans. La viticulture est biologique certifiée.
Vinification : vendanges manuelles avec tri sélectif puis fermentation en fûts (dont 10% de fûts).
Accord mets/vin : poissons, fruits de mer, reblochon.
