in 2001 in this magnificent region of Roussillon, in Montner, on a singular quartz vein where 25 hectares of old Grenache, Carignan, Maccabeu and Syrah express themselves to give birth to wines of very high quality, with a Catalan expression.The terroir of ancient schist favours the rooting of the vines and preserves the coolness during the heat peaks. The natural yield of these old vines, which are on average 65 years old, is barely 17hl/ha, which gives an exceptional concentration...
