Ce Reliefs est magnifique. Il revêt une robe sombre, aux reflets violets. Au nez, les arômes dévoilés sont ceux de fruits noirs, d'épices et de garrrigue. La bouche est complexe, forte d'une belle minéralité faisant preuve d'une belle fraîcheur. On retrouve des saveurs d'iris, de groseille, de bois de santal ou encore d'olive noire. C'est un vin gracieux et ancré, qu'il faudra encore garder quelques années pour le savourer à son paroxysme.
Terroir : vieux Carignans sur schistes plantés de 1911 à 1944. Mosaïque de petites parcelles âgées. Culture bio et biodynamique certifiées.
Vinification : élevage en cuve béton pour préserver le fruit, puis passage en fûts.
Accord mets/vin : gigot d'agneau, boeuf bourguignon, wok de boeuf et petits légumes.

in 2001 in this magnificent region of Roussillon, in Montner, on a singular quartz vein where 25 hectares of old Grenache, Carignan, Maccabeu and Syrah express themselves to give birth to wines of very high quality, with a Catalan expression.The terroir of ancient schist favours the rooting of the vines and preserves the coolness during the heat peaks. The natural yield of these old vines, which are on average 65 years old, is barely 17hl/ha, which gives an exceptional concentration...
