Ce Chamane est un magnifique vin blanc ! Il revêt une robe or clair, limpide. Le nez est raffiné et intense, sur des arômes minéraux de fruits blancs et des notes de thé vert. La bouche, complexe et vive joue entre salin et amers. La finale est longue et salivante. Ce muscat ensorcèle !
Terroir : muscat petit grains planté en 1960. Sols de galets calcaires et argiles ocres du lieu-dit Roboul. Climat méditerranéen sous influence pyrénéenne.
Vinification : l'élevage se fait en barriques et cuves.
Accord mets/vin : apéritif, huîtres, tourteau, pâtes fraîches au homard.
