Cet Alquimia arbore une robe jaune or profond, aux délicats reflets nacrés. Au nez, on trouve des arômes d'amande salée, d'orange et de biscuit sec. En bouche, le vin est sec, stimulant et vivifiant. On sent aussi des saveurs salines et épicées. Un vin équilibré qui sera un parfait accompagnateur de vos plats méridionaux.
Vinification : élevage sous voile qui dure entre 1 à 2 ans.
Accord mets/vin : dorade grillée, aubergines et pommes de terre au romarin, plats asiatiques.

in 2001 in this magnificent region of Roussillon, in Montner, on a singular quartz vein where 25 hectares of old Grenache, Carignan, Maccabeu and Syrah express themselves to give birth to wines of very high quality, with a Catalan expression.The terroir of ancient schist favours the rooting of the vines and preserves the coolness during the heat peaks.
