La robe de ce Rully 1er Cru Cloux est rubis, le nez aux arômes intenses de fruits (framboise, griotte), de fleurs (rose, pivoine) et d'épices (canelle). En bouche, le vin est croquant, gourmand, délicat, légèrement épicé, ample et bien équilibré.
Terroir : parcelle de vigne plantée en Pinot Noir âgée de 45 ans, composée en majorité de calcaire, limons et argiles.
Vinification et élevage : en fûts de chêne dont 25 % sont neufs.
Accords mets/vin : côte de boeuf, magret de canard aux baies, boeuf bourguignon.
