Le nez de ce Rully 1er Cru Raclot se caractérise par des arômes de pêche et d'abricot. Les particularités de ce vin sont sa finesse, son élégance et sa minéralité qui lui assureront un beau vieillissement.
Terroir : parcelle de vigne est très vieille (1950) dans les meilleurs climats de Rully. Sols de calcaire et roche.
Vinification et élevage : fermentation alcoolique en fûts. Puis élevage en fûts (20% neufs) durant 12 mois.
Accords mets/vin : blanquette de lotte, spaghetti al vongole, tartare de Saint-Jacques.
