Ce Condrieu Candice présente une couleur jaune paille foncé. Son nez offre des arômes subtils d'abricot sec, résultant de la sur-maturité des raisins, ainsi que des notes de coing et de pain d'épices. En bouche, il se distingue par son bel équilibre, sa texture onctueuse et sa persistance gustative qui perdure agréablement.
Terroir : sol granitique.
Vinification et élevage : débourbage à froid pendant 3 jours. Fermentation alcoolique longue et lente en barriques neuves. Pas de fermentation malo-lactique. Bâttonage une fois par mois. Élevage : 20 mois en 100% fûts neufs de chêne français.
Accords mets/vin : foie gras en terrine avec son pain d’épices, tarte aux poires, crumbles aux fruits exotiques…
