Ce Montlouis Brut Nature (en  2ème année de conversion Bio) présente une robe soutenue et lumineuse, attirant le regard. Au nez, il dégage des arômes séduisants de fleurs blanches et des nuances d'agrumes, offrant une expérience olfactive agréable. En bouche, il se distingue par une minéralité marquée, apportant une dimension supplémentaire à sa dégustation. C'est un brut Nature qui offre une expérience gustative très plaisante.

Généreux, ample, délicatement miellé, le méthode traditionnelle, en brut nature, allie gourmandise et précision, prolongées par une excellente finale salivante.

Terroir : sol composé d'argiles et d'éléments grossiers de silex constituant Les Perruches

Vinification et élevage : fermentation alcoolique réalisée par les levures indigènes, en pièces de bois de 600 litres de capacité. Pas de fermentation malolactique. Élevage sur lattes au minimum 12 mois.

Accords mets/vin : apéritif, plateau de fruits de mer, loup grillé.

The Estate François Chidaine

François Chidaine is now one of the greatest winemakers in the Loire region, and by extension in France, recognised by his peers for his talent as a winemaker but also for his mastery of biodynamic principles. Since 1989, he has never ceased to fly the colours of the Montlouis appellation, which has found its perfect ambassador in him. Since then, he has crossed the riverbank to achieve the same success in Vouvray. His vineyard today reaches 37 hectares with a "haute couture" part, the rigour deployed on these grape purchases being the same. The level of all his chenins is exceptional, whether dry, semi-dry or sparkling, wines of dazzling finesse and precision. The Revue du Vin de France consecrated it in its 2017 Guide with the well-deserved award of the third star, an ultra-closed circle in the Loire..
