A benchmark among rosés, this cuvée with its subtle and gourmet aromas will enchant your most beautiful moments thanks to its sparkling colour, its great finesse and a beautiful vivacity.

A very luminous colour with a brilliant intensity, draped in a pretty pale pink hue. An elegant visual ensemble with a graceful effervescence. On the nose: Subtle and fine aromas, directed towards the greedy seduction of small red fruits and citrus zests. An aromatic radiance of great floral and refreshing delicacy.

An exquisite tactile sensation of fluid and creamy smoothness, evolving towards a very noble notion of wild strawberry character and a slightly raspberry finish. A harmonious and delicious balance of remarkable precision. Tasting: The ideal companion for a moment of happiness, but also for a heart of wild salmon or a carpaccio of scampi. For dessert, it will sublimate the flavours of red fruits with a crisp acidity and low sugar content...

Serving temperature: 8°/9°.

This cuvée is the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, part of which is vinified as red wine. 40% Chardonnay from the different crus of the Marne 30% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne 30% Pinot Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne and the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay

The Estate Billecart-Salmon

The Estate Dujac

The Estate Sol Payré

Five generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another at the estate, from Gustave Payré to Jean-Claude and Bertrand Sol. The Domaine is located in Elne, in the heart of the Aspres, in Roussillon, at the foot of the Pyrenees, the natural border with Spain. Reasoned protection, yield control and maturity are our watchwords! The particularity of the Domaine comes from the different terroirs with in the south, in the Aspres (Elne and Passa), about fifty hectares on clay-limestone soils, greedy wines with character and in the north, in the Agly valley (Maury), about ten hectares spread over Schist, Granite and Gneiss, here it's the minerality that speaks, the fineness of the tannins and the complexity of the aromas
