On the nose: Subtle and fine aromas, directed towards the greedy seduction of small red fruits and citrus zests. An aromatic radiance of great floral and refreshing delicacy.
An exquisite tactile sensation of fluid and creamy smoothness, evolving towards a very noble notion of wild strawberry character and a slightly raspberry finish. This cuvée is the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, part of which is vinified as red wine. 40% Chardonnay from the different crus of the Marne 30% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne 30% Pinot Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne and the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay
