The Brut Nature is an airy, subtle and pure Champagne without any dosage. Its blend is composed of grapes from three years: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from the best terroirs of the Marne.A philosophical and gustatory achievement directed towards the brilliance and purity of a champagne wine with natural flavours. A new definition of a refined style, it will surprise you with the finest dishes: veal carpaccio, scallops a la plancha and raw fish marinated in citrus fruits.
Pale gold visual intensity enhanced by the clarity of a clear and brilliant whole. An ultra fine, regular and abundant bubble channelled towards the surface of the glass in a disciplined manner.
It is a commitment to authentic seduction nuanced by the purity and the right maturity of a clean and vibrant aromatic profile (orchard fruits, fresh citrus and milk bread rolls).
A full and harmonious tactile approach, preserved by a deliciously chiselled mineral tension. A spherical and soft mouthfeel supported by a captivating taste trajectory (white fruits, lime blossom and almond cream).
