Made from the 5 Grand Cru of the Côte des blancs: Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, thishis cuvée, the result of a blend of two years, reveals all the specificities of Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity and a surprisingly fresh finish are particularly appreciated by the most discerning wine lovers. Exceptional mineral/chalky bubbles that go wonderfully with Osciètre caviar or certain noble marinated fish.
An ultra-delicate effervescence translating an abundant foam with fine bubbles. Elegance and brilliance of a luminous golden yellow hue with green reflections. On the nose: A very pure and mineral intensity of a rare typicity, releasing notes of brioche, fresh butter and lemony citrus fruits. A racy and subtle universe evolving with delicacy towards a remarkable finesse.
The creamy sensation of a chalky and meringue texture, associated with nuances of fresh almonds and citron zest. A suavity of great class, chiselled and persistent.
