Lias - Chardonnay
The Chardonnay cuvée Lias 2016 is made from vines aged between 30 and 60 years old, blending terroirs from the blue marl of the Lias.
The soils of the vines at the origin of the cuvée Lias are the Marnes du Lias. Made from different parcels, its notion of terroir is broader and more general than our parcel-based cuvées. A blended wine, we build its form and aromatic complexity from the different parcels mentioned above. They are aged separately to develop their personalities and blended before bottling.
