Macération de Chardonnay et Savagnin 2019 revêt une belle robe jaune aux reflets dorés, dégageant des arômes floraux, de fruits blancs frais, ainsi que des nuances d'amande et de noix fraîches. En bouche, il offre une texture ronde, équilibrée par une minéralité superbe et une acidité vivifiante qui lui confère à la fois énergie et potentiel de vieillissement.
Terroir : 70% Savagnin & 30% Chardonnay. Sols d'argile et marne bleue du Lias.
Vinification et élevage : vinification sans intrant, ouillé 9 mois. 30% égrappé puis 14 jours de macération. Élevage 65% en amphore brute et 35% de 228L.
Accords mets/vin : volaille, risotto, plateau de fromages.
