Le Coteau de Bruno

Only 400 bottles for this confidential macabeu wine...

From the Lo Mas d'en Garrigue parcel, Bruno's hillside comes from a plot of old macabeo which gives an already delicious wine. Bruno Debon, a friend of Cyril, winemaker in the Var, photographer, apple producer, bought a plot in the area so that he could come and see them more often!

Cyril has put this plot of land back in order, even though it was previously cultivated organically. It needed a little help, a little ploughing woke it up (hence the label!), the 2017 vintage is magnificent...

Following the particularly dry climatic episodes of 2016 (250 mm of rain in the year, half the harvest) the

half the harvest), the idea was born to start a trading activity to perpetuate the estate and at the same time

and at the same time to have the pleasure of vinifying other grape varieties on other

terroirs.

In this project called Hors Champ, I joined forces with Alice Gendron, my right-hand man at the estate for several years

This business consists of buying organic grapes from different producers/friends in the region.

The requirements for the wines remain the same, the aim for the moment being to establish a simple range.
