Terroir : Granit et micaschiste, assemblage de plusieurs lieux-dits en Côte Brune et Côte Blonde: Coteaux de Bassenon, Le Goutay, L’Arselie, Besset, Gerine, Bourrier, Montlis.
Vinification et élevage : 20% vendange entière, macération à froid en cuve inox thermorégulée, levures indigènes. Élevage de 12 mois en barriques sans bois neuf.
Accords mets/vin : paupiettes de canard, épaule d'agneau confite, civet de cerf.
