La robe de ce Saint Péray Cuvée Prestige est d'un jaune pâle. Le nez est très délicat, avec une légère note anisée et des arômes floraux d'acacia et de tilleul. En bouche, on retrouve des saveurs vanillées et fruitées, notamment de poire et d'abricot. Les notes boisées se marient élégamment aux arômes floraux et fruités persistants. Le vin offre une texture grasse avec beaucoup de rondeur. Un Saint-Péray vraiment de grande classe !
