Le Chardonnay cuvée Lias arbore une robe jaune clair avec des nuances dorées. Il offre un nez complexe caractérisé par des arômes de fruits blancs, de fruits secs et une agréable touche toastée. En bouche, il présente une fraîcheur saline dès le premier instant, suivie d'une belle densité en milieu de bouche, faisant de lui un excellent vin.
Terroir : Chardonnay sélection massale et clonale. 3 parcelles plantées de 1975 à 2017 sur les lieux-dits Le Cret, La Bardette et la Reine. Sols d'argile du Lias sur socle calcaire du Bathonien.
Vinification et élevage : vinification sans intrant puis élevage de 22 mois en fûts de 228 et 500L.
Accords mets/vin : comté, cabillaud aux asperges, langoustines grillées.
