Les Carelles
Les Carelles is a cuvée that perfectly represents the style of the house. It comes from a Chardonnay vineyard on chalky soils facing east in the commune of Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is one ofthe six parcel-based cuvées in the Lieux-dits collection established by Anselme Selosse to reveal each nuance of the terroir.
"A remarkable alchemy takes place in Les Carelles, one of the six isolated lieux-dits, where wines from 2003 to 2010 are blended and highlight this hyper-chalky southern slope of Mesnil sur Oger.
