Sous le Mont is a very rare cuvée from a Pinot Noir vineyard in the commune of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It is oneof the six parcel-based cuvées in the Lieux-dits collection created by Anselme Selosse, which reveals every nuance of the terroir.
A Pinot Noir aged in barrels, giving it great aromatic complexity. A winey champagne with a low dosage that will reveal its fullness after a few years of cellaring.
