Vintage 2013 - Extra Brut
A blend that allows the personality of the great Pinot Noirs of Champagne to dominate, tempered by the elegance and subtlety of the Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
The colour is a golden yellow with soft golden highlights. It is dressed in a fine effervescence, the result of 9 years of maturing in our chalk cellars. A tense and charming tactile pleasure (citrus zest, white seeded fruit and Breton shortbread). The wine offers a persistent finish with a structure chiselled by the high quality potential of a great vintage.
Delicious intensity of fruit with elegant notes of citrus and nuts (flaked almonds, Menton lemon). A sensory development stretched and nuanced around exquisite pastry notes (raw butter, mirabelle jelly).

To be savoured to the full with noble fish, shellfish, top-of-the-range hams, risotto...
Serving temperature: 11-12°.
