An Irouléguy rosé of pure gastronomy. Viney, lively and fruity, it goes perfectly with Basque tuna, stuffed calamari or grilled peppers for example...Subtle nose of fresh lemon, rhubarb and strawberry. Coated, tense mouth, length and fresh persistence.
To be served with: gastronomic rosé, smoked fish, Banca trout, salmon, charcuterie, Basque pork, piperade black pudding, fish tartar.
Direct pressing and a little bleeding, over an ageing period of 6 months in vats.
Serve at 10/12°C, suitable for ageing for several years.
