Un grand vin jaune ! Ce vin est somptueux, riche en matière, complexe, avec des épices, de la noix et une longueur remarquable. Dans ce Vin Jaune d'Arbois, vous trouverez du savagnin en provenance de lieu-dit les Bruyères, terroir argileux du Lias où le domaine Tissot possède une parcelle de 80 ares plantée il y a 45 ans.
Les raisins sont récoltés à la main et égrappés avant une vinification en cuves inox et l'élevage particulier des vins jaunes : 6 ans en fûts anciens, avec un voile de levure et sans ouillage, ce qui fait s'évaporer environ le tiers du volume.

The Estate Stéphane Tissot
The Domaine André et Mireille Tissot of Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot was created in 1962 and is located in Montigny-les-Arsures, a small town close to Arbois, the capital of Jura wines. Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte officially took over the estate in 1990.
Convinced of the benefits of the cleanest possible cultivation, the talented winegrower has endeavoured since the beginning to convert all his vines to organic cultivation (certification in 1999) and then to biodynamic cultivation since 2004, on the 50 hectares that make up his vineyard. The production of his own compost, the use of various herbal teas, everything is done to give the vines new vigour in order to bring out all the minerality of the terroir.
Because apart from his desire to produce natural wines, far from all the stereotypes of France and Navarre..., Stéphane Tissot's ambition is above all to give his wines their full dimension and to reveal the best of these magnificent Jura terroirs
Lovers of great Chardonnays are not mistaken and praise Stéphane Tissot's wines for their remarkable purity and precision. As a highlight, Stéphane Tissot has created the Clos de la Tour de Curon cuvée, produced on a parcel of 72 ares of completely cleared, south and south-west facing Bajocian limestone scree. A micro-cuvée that demonstrates once again that it is possible to produce jewels on this Jura land.
