Jacques Puffeney
Jacques Puffeney, an emblematic figure of the yellow wines of Arbois, vinified his first vintage in 1962, at Montigny les Arsures, only 12 hectolitres were produced at that time. Poulsard, pinot noir, trousseau, chardonnay and savagnin make up the grape varieties of the 5 hectares of the estate today.

Stéphane Tissot
The Domaine André et Mireille Tissot of Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot was created in 1962 and is located in Montigny-les-Arsures, a small town close to Arbois, the capital of Jura wines. Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte officially took over the estate in 1990.
Cavarodes
Etienne Thiebaud created the Domaine des Cavarodes in 2007, in the village of Cramans, about 15km from Arbois in the northern Jura, close to Arc et Senans. He produces wines of incredible purity that reflect the terroir on both sides of the Loue River in the Jura and Franche-Comté.
