Pure white Chenin from a sunny terroir of quartz, schist and clay. A wine with a crystalline yellow colour and a nose combining finesse and intensity of autumn fruits, oyster shells and gunflint. The palate is ample, energetic with a subtle balance between power and delicacy of acacia honey and citrus.
