Nuits Saint Georges Aux Saint Juliens
A subtle wine with very fine tannins, fine and delicate floral (peony) and cherry aromas, both on the nose and in the mouth. It is even lacy on the palate, with a beautiful persistence.

Surface area: 22 ares
Vinification : After several days of pre-fermentation maceration (5 to 6 days), fermentation continues for about 15 days, without yeasting, with the operations (punching down and pumping over) being carried out as required, to preserve the wine's elegance, without excessive extraction. After pneumatic pressing and a few days in vats, the wines are racked by gravity, with an average of no more than 25% new barrels.
Bottling: SO2 content: 20 mg/l free SO2, 60 mg/l total SO2
