Morgon Tradition
Un Morgon gourmand et subtil ! Un 100% Gamay élevé en cuve, avec une jolie robe grenat. Le nez est gorgé de fruits, de griottes et de violette. La bouche est ronde et gourmande dans un très bel équilibre, et axée sur les fruits rouges et des notes de rose et de lila. Un vin frais, fruité, très plaisant qui nous charme par son envergure.
Terroir : Les sols sont formés par la désagrégation des roches cristallines friables, composées d’oxyde de fer, de schiste et de roche éruptive ancienne aussi appelée « la roche pourrie ».
Accord mets/vin : Paupiettes de veau, travers de porc, fondue bourguignonne.
