A Chardonnay aged for 30 months (including 1 year under veil) of the most beautiful effect, offering notes of yellow fruit and pastry, with a beautiful overall smoothness, fullness and energy. Great value for money and pleasure.

Chardonnay, some isolated bunches of Savagnin on the plots.
Soil
Stony limestone dotted with small fossils: stars or crinoids
Yield
40 to 47 hl/ha. Harvesting is done at the right time of ripeness, favouring a healthy harvest and a good alcohol-acidity balance.
Vinification
The whole bunches are pressed using a pneumatic press. A 12-hour settling period follows the pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats between 18°C and 21°C.
