Blend of Grenache (50%), Mourvèdre (25%), Syrah (10%), Carignan (5%), Counoise (5%), Cinsault ( 5%)

Stony soil on the surface and Miocene subsoil.
In the vineyard
The vines are between 40 and 70 years old with an average yield of 30 hl/ha.
In the cellar
Aged in 24 hl tuns for the Grenache and Syrah and in concrete vats for the Carignan and Mourvèdre
