Jean Macle, a key figure in the Jura. The Macle estate, taken over in 1995 by Laurent Macle, is located in Château-Chalon on 12 hectares of vines, 8 of which are planted with Chardonnay in the AOC Côtes du Jura and 4 planted with Savagnin in the AOC Château-Chalon.
The vineyard is planted on a steep hillside (50% slope) of blue marl covered with limestone scree, indicating the determination and passion of this family to ensure that the quality of each of the vintages is exceptional.

Organic viticulture since 1966.
Aged in cellars dating from the 16th century, in Burgundy oak barrels for a minimum of six years and three months in oak barrels without racking or topping up.
