The Muscat de Beaumes de Venise seduces the eye with its pink tiled colour. The fruit is just right in this sweet wine, with aromas of candied citrus and orange blossom. Its colour is amber with an old gold sheen. The intense and complex nose gives off aromas of candied fruit, enhanced by notes of citrus.
On the palate, the attack is powerful and balanced and develops dominant notes of white flesh fruits.
Serve chilled, between 7 and 8°C, as an aperitif or as a dessert wine. It is also appreciated with foie gras, it goes well with Roquefort cheese and it has its own personality with chocolate.
