Empreinte in Magnum ! A selection of the best barrels was made from all the premiers crus of the domaine in order to establish the new great cuvée of the Domaine Joblot... Empreinte is the resultof the blending of a batch of each of the premiers crus. The perfect synthesis of the finest red terroirs of the Domaine.
A stream of ripe fruit, L'Empreinte impresses with its density: a majestic wine with raspberry accents, of unbridled class.
A blend of the most beautiful terroirs of Givry in 1er cru which are Servoisine, Bois Chevaux, Cellier aux Moines and Clos Marole.

Fermentation was done in barrels and maturation followed for 12 months.
Destemmed harvest
Gentle fermentation and vinification, with little intervention, gentle extractions. Aged on fine lees in barrels (the percentage of new wood varies according to the cuvée and the vintage).

Red meat in sauce, lamb with prunes.
