Mercurey 1er Cru Les Velley
Superbe Mercurey ! La robe est vive et intense. Nez sur des arômes de fruits (cerise). La bouche est ample, d'une grande concentration et d'une belle longueur. Un vin avec de la matière qui lui assure une belle garde.
Vinification et élevage : raisin contrôlé et trié, puis égrappé et remonté dans les cuves où la fermentation alcoolique a lieu pendant environ 15 à 18 jours avec pigeage une fois par jour. Température contrôlée (refroidissement ou réchauffement selon les besoins). Le jeune vin est ensuite entonné et il sera élevé en fûts de chêne (dont 25 % neufs) pendant 12 mois environ.
