Geology: Gramenon is built on siliceous sandstone and shells, forming a relief in the landscape of sandy safres. This sandstone bench corresponds to a molasse put in place in a coastal marine environment, under the influence of tidal currents around 12 Ma
Natural winemaking: Handpicked and sorted. Maceration for 15 days in cement vats.Partially destemmed grapes Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Slight sulphiting after Malo depending on the vintage
Ageing : 6 months in vats
Bottling : After Easter
