Éric Janin soigne son vignoble idéalement situé sur l'un des meilleurs terroirs du Beaujolais. Héritage est une montée en puissance très qualitative et cohérente dans la gamme des Moulin-à-Vent du domaine Paul Janin & Fils. Soyeux à souhait, riche et structuré, sur des notes de cassis, c'est un vin alliant la puissance des tanins à un côté minéral.
Terroir : la majeure partie du vignoble est composée de vieilles vignes de 80 à 100 ans conduites traditionnellement (gobelet bas). Les sols sont en granit très altéré, piémonts et alluvions anciens. Situé à Romanèche-Thorins (71).
Vinification : récolte le 06/09, cueillette entièrement manuelle, transport en petites caisses de 35 kg. Toute la vendange est triée au cuvage sur table de tri. La vinification se déroule pendant 12 à 15 jours avant pressurage. Vendange en grappe entière à 70 %. L'élevage s’effectue en cuves pendant 18 mois sur lies fines avec micro-oxygénation.
