Nez élégant sur la fleur blanche, les agrumes et l’amande fraiche. Attaque pure et équilibrée, entre fraicheur et vinosité, marquée par une touche minérale. Idéal à l’apéritif comme au dessert.

Vignes de jacquère situées sur le site des éboulis suite à l'effondrement du Mont Granier en 1248, entre marne et gros blocs de calcaire.

Elevage sur lattes pendant 24 mois, puis dégorgeage. Non dosée.

The Estate Giachino

The vineyard of the brothers David and Frédéric, the Giac brothers as they are known, is made up of about ten hectares overlooking the Isère valley. The estate has been certified organic since 2008 and has been committed to biodynamic viticulture since 2013, with vinification using indigenous yeasts and no sulphur except at bottling. The result is wines of exemplary freshness and purity, easy to digest, that the informed wine lover will be quick to taste, particularly the Persan, which is without doubt the reference in the sector for this grape variety...
