La Ligure d'Alain Gallety présente une robe profonde et un nez complexe, où se mêlent des arômes de fruits noirs mûrs, d’épices, et une touche florale délicate. En bouche, l'attaque est ample et suave, avec des tanins bien structurés mais soyeux, offrant une belle fraîcheur.
Terroir : sols argilo-calcaires.
Vinfication et élevage : récolte manuelle et tri rigoureux des raisins. Fermentation en cuves inox . Élevage en fûts de chêne.
Accords mets/vin : côte de veau rôti au thym, ragout de gibier (chevreuil, cerf), tartare de bœuf avec vinaigrette au citron et câpres.
