Ce Savagnin Ouillé "Les Sarres" est magnifique avec cette richesse de citron Meyer, de lemon curd. Beaucoup de prairie jurassienne, de croûte de comté tout cireuse et amère autour des gencives, vibrant d'acidité. Tellement délicieux !
Assemblage de différentes parcelles à Mesnay et Arbois, dont une grosse majorité sur le lieu-dit le Cul du Bray (éboulis calcaires). Elevage 24 mois en fûts de 300l.
