Ce Tarra d’Orasi rouge est d’une grande rareté. Son nez est un condensé d’arômes corses. On y retrouve les herbes du maquis, de la menthe sauvages et des fruits noirs. Sa bouche est suave et les tanins sont veloutés. Ce vin est complexe et équilibré, avec une finale d’une persistance incroyable. Heureux seront les chanceux qui le goûteront !

Terroir : le sol est argilo-granitique, exposé Sud et Nord-Ouest. La vigne pré-phylloxérique de sciaccarellu et de minustellu est âgée d’environ 140 ans.

Vinification : l’élevage est réalisé dans des grands foudres durant 14 à 18 mois.

Accord mets/vin : côte de bœuf, joue de bœuf, cochon à la broche.

The Estate Canarelli

Yves Canarelli never ceases to amaze us and continues to raise the profile of Corsican wines, unquestionably belonging to the elite of Mediterranean winegrowers. With an impressive amount of work and experimentation, the estate, faithful to organic (Ecocert certified) and biodynamic farming, is progressing at a dizzying pace. The estate's grape varieties are very varied, with Sciacarellu dominating in reds and Vermentinu in whites. Following the example of the Abbatucci estate, Yves Canarelli also devotes himself to promoting the island's indigenous grape varieties; carcaghjolu neru, minustellu in red, bianco gentile in white.. Truly exciting vintages for all enthusiasts, from the magical Amphora to Tarra d'Orasi, a cuvée made from pre-phylloxera vines at the top of the great wines of France..

The Estate Le Clos du Caillou

The Clos du Caillou estate has the particularity of being an enclave adjacent to the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation area. The vineyard is made up of 44 hectares of Côtes du Rhône and 9 hectares of Châteauneuf du Pape, planted for the most part in 1956. It is composed of the 13 grape varieties authorised for the production of a Châteauneuf du Pape, the Grenache grape variety is the majority for the red wines, followed by Syrah, while the clairette rose, the grenache blanc and the roussanne share the majority of the white grape varieties. The soils here are particularly rich, sandy or pebbly, making it possible to produce wines of exemplary aromatic complexity.
All these specificities, gathered at the heart of the Clos du Caillou estate, allow us to offer very high quality Côtes du Rhône wines, such as the magnificent Quartz vintage, which demonstrates the richness of these exceptional terroirs. In addition, Sylvie Vacheron and Bruno Gaspard have been converting the estate to organic farming since 2006. The 2010 vintage was the first to benefit from the organic label (AB), which completes the quality of the work undertaken for decades.
