Amphora
Vinified and aged in clay amphora, with little or no added sulphur, Amphora Blanc has a very distinctive style for which it is renowned, dominated by fragrances of lime, maquis and wild herbs. Powerful yet balanced, this Vermentino (known as Rolle in Provence) has a remarkably persistent and saline finish that perfectly reflects the island's terroir.
