One of the great artisan-winemakers of the whole of France! Cyril Fhal settled in Latour de France in the Roussillon region on gneiss and schist terroirs. Cultivated biodynamically with extreme care and derisory yields, the vines of a total surface of 6 hectares produce wines of a rare purity, of a crazy elegance, infused nectars, all in subtlety and without any deficit of power, quite the contrary.
