Un style unique dans tout le Bordelais ! Cette cuvée Emilien présente une texture ronde, caractérisée par des fruits rouges parfaitement mûrs et des tanins veloutés. Une petite merveille de douceur et de délicatesse.

Terroir : vignes complantées (85% de merlot, 14% de cabernet sauvignon et 1% carménère). Reflet de l’ensemble des parcelles du Château Le Puy.

Vinification et évelage : fermentation naturelle par infusion à partir de levures indigènes, sans filtration, ni collage. Puis élevage de 12 mois en foudre et 12 mois en barriques expérimentées.

Accords mets/vin : boeuf Angus, pavé de thon grillé, poulet rôti.

The Estate Le Puy

The Amoreau family has been cultivating its vineyards since 1610, located on a rocky plateau, identical to that of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. The fifty year old vines are cultivated according to the biodynamic method, which contributes to the singularity of the estate and stands out among all the Bordeaux crus. The wines are fine and delicate, made from grapes that are always picked when fully ripe. Wines that are pleasant when young thanks to the supple structure of the tannins, but capable of defying the passage of time in the greatest vintages, up to thirty years or more... For lovers of round, velvety, complex and natural Bordeaux wines, Château le Puy is sure to delight you for a long time.

The Estate Nicolas Joly

Nicolas Joly, one of the "great" precursors of biodynamic viticulture and very pedagogical in explaining all its benefits. The Coulée de Serrant is a very special wine, with a unique and very contemporary style, to be tasted at least once in your life... The Coulée de Serrant is an Appellation Contrôlée of only 7 hectares, exclusively owned by the Joly family. "One of the five greatest white wines of France", said Curnonsky.
