Issu de vignes plantées au début des années 1980, plantées à 8000 pieds/ha sur des sols peu profonds de schiste gris et de rhyolite. Fermenté en cuve inox en levures indigènes pendant 2-3 semaines, suivi d'une maturation en fûts de 300L et 750L (30% neuf) pendant 15-18 mois.
