This wine reveals a clear, bright, yellow colour. In music, the "Nuance" is used to interpret a musical work. This aptly named cuvée interprets its terroir of origin by giving us a wine with great aromatic expression but masterfully balanced by a mineral streak, a true marker of great terroirs.

Cultivation : no weedkillers, hoeing, ploughing
Treatment strategy : organic (no insecticide, no acaricide, no anti-rot...)

Vinification
Manual harvest with a first sorting of the grapes
Vibrating sorting table : no screw at the reception of the harvest allowing to press the grapes whole, not crushed, pneumatic pressing
Fermentation and maturation: 4 weeks, ageing on lees, 2/3 in vats, 1/3 in one year old barrels. Bottling in June.

The Estate
Based in Bué, the Pinard family, now led by Clément and Florent but still under the watchful eye of their father Vincent, is continuing its spectacular progress towards excellence, with organic farming and an exacting desire to transcribe each specific terroir as well as possible.
The Sauvignon parcels are now at an exceptional level, neck and neck with two or three other estates in the appellation.
The Pinot Noir still has no equivalent... and remains a very rare item...

"La nouvelle génération, Jérémy, Alec et Diana, est aux manettes. Le domaine Dujac n'a jamais été aussi maître de son art, profitant à plein d'une discipline impeccable de viticulture et de la fidélité à la vinification pour partie en raisins entiers, qui donne un cachet et un pouvoir de vieillissement supplémentaire à la plupart des vins.
À l'activité autour des 17 hectares du domaine s'ajoute, sur 5 hectares et pour quelques cuvées de village, une petite activité de négoce, sous le nom de Dujac Fils et Père (dans cet ordre), avec des vins de même style.
