Une cuvée rare que ce Pinot Noir S , provenant du Grand Cru Sommerberg, de vignes d’une cinquantaine d’années. Le vin est ensuite élevé pendant 18 mois dans des fûts bouguignon. Il en résulte un pinot noir intense d’une grande délicatesse, d’un grand raffinement.
Il s’accordera à merveille avec des gibiers à poil.
