Terroir : sols granitiques comprenant des veines de schistes.
Vinification et élevage : macération à froid pendant 5 jours. Fermentation alcoolique en levures indigènes. Pigeages et remontages alternés. Macération sous marc pendant 25 jours avec légers travail quotidien. Puis élevage en cuve inox pendant 9 à 10 mois avec peu de soutirage afin d’éviter les apports de soufre.
Accords mets/vin : viande rouge grillée, gigot d'agneau, côte de boeuf.
