Son caractère évoque les célèbres pinots de Bourgogne, avec une élégance et une délicatesse incomparables. Un vrai plaisir à la dégustation dans un style naturel parfaitement maîtrisé.
Terroir : très vieilles vignes bien ancrées dans l’argile profonde, qui n’ont jamais vu l’ombre de la chimie depuis leur plantation.
Vinification et élevage : cuve Inox pendant 9 à 10 mois avec un peu de soutirage afin d'éviter les apports de soufre.
Accords mets/vin : grillades au barbecue, volaille, poisson grillé.
