Une Roussette très prisée... Cette altesse est typée et ronde. Cette Roussette "Altesse" a une belle acidité en attaque, puis puissance et délicatesse lui confèrent une persistance en bouche. Au nez un peu de violette après aération, en bouche du fumé et du fruit.
Terroir : La Roussette est issue du cépage Altesse. C'est un vin racé, tendre et souple au bouquet remarquable de finesse.
Vinification : Élevage de presqu’un an en foudre puis un an de conservation après la mise en bouteille. Tous les raisins sont vendangés manuellement, puis pressés et les fermentations partent avec les levures présentes sur le raisin, sans ajout extérieur. Très peu sulfité.
Accord mets/vin : apéritif, poisson de lac, Tomme de Savoie, Beaufort, raclette.
