Ce 100% Viognier est issu de jeunes vignes plantées sur des sols argilo-limoneux. Une fois la vendange rentrée aux chais, égrappage total et 6 mois d’élevage en cuve pour garder toute la minéralité et la tension nécessaires contrebalançant ainsi la puissance de ce cépage un poil exubérant.
