La Nikka Whisky Co. Ltd. est l'un des deux grands noms historiques du whisky japonais. Fondée en 1934 par Masataka Taketsuru, surnommé le "père du whisky japonais", la maison Nikka s'est engagée à produire un whisky japonais répondant aux normes écossaises les plus exigeantes.
